When we used to live in the city back in the late 90’s and early 2000’s, we lived a block away from Grace’s Marketplace on 71st and 3rd on the Upper East Side. When we saw the Grace’s signs go up, we knew that Long Island was in for a wonderful treat.
bee-ORGANIC is a calming experience just steps from the busy Great Neck Village. Open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, they’re serving a unique clientele; one that is looking for vegetarian, organic and wholesome options.
We’re all about the family friendly activities on Long Island and in this time of year, we can’t think of anything better than apple picking on any of Long Island’s local farms. We took a trip to Lewin Farm in Wading River this past weekend to wander the fields collecting our bounties from the rows and rows of apple trees lining the farm.
