Signature Drink: Bistro 72 in Riverhead [Video]
We spent some time recently at Bistro 72, located within the Hotel Indigo out in Riverhead. We spent a full night taking in the sounds of the live music, the bartenders at the bar and the food coming out of the kitchen. This first video features their signature drink, The Long Island Lighthouse.

Love hotel Indigo, we recently stayed there for the jazz fest and our stay was perfect. Great food and one of my favorite places to stay out in that part of Long Island.
