Salumi Tapas Bar in Massapequa

So, look what opened up right under our noses in the Massapequa area without us ever noticing. Salumi, a tapas and wine bar on Merrick Rd. threw open their doors in April, and we’re just finding out about this now. Just like you, we’re shocked that we let this slip by; but we won’t waste a single second more to let you know about it.
Tapas, or small plates, is a wonderful way to share multiple dishes with a variety of flavors across a small intimate party or a large dinner crowd. While we haven’t yet been to Salumi, the mussels, meat balls, marrow bones and 1/2 roast chicken tapas are all deliciously calling our names. The mix of Spanish and italian inspired dishes are raising the culinary bar on Long Island.
What’s tapas without a wine companion? Salumi offers 70+ hand picked wines from all around the world with an ever-changing menu focusing on both by the glass and bottle presentation. Beer lovers won’t be lost in the sea of wine either; there’s a few taps set up just for you.
Open 7 days per week from 4pm – Midnight
