Inexpensive – Ship’s Inn Restaurant

A nautical themed restaurant, this is a unique spot to dine. You’re on Main Street, not far from the water, so stepping into the restaurant is akin to dining on a boat. The moderately priced menu is perfect for lunch, with most pasta dishes hovering around $12-$13 and burgers, grilled cheese and turkey sandwiches dipping below $9. Great quality for a great price.

Moderately Priced – Bistro 44

New American fare with a slant towards the seafood variety is a huge draw for this hip bistro on Main Street. The building, dating back to the 1850’s is still displaying its original woodwork and the feeling of history meeting the present is ever-present. The dinner menu is sophisticated with choices such as the Duck Confit Rissotto (wild mushroom, dried cherries, carmelized red onion), Toasted Sesame Seared Ahi Tuna and Bitsro 44 Kobe Burger. If you’re not feeling the sit down, complete meal, they serve a tapas menu daily at the beautiful bar up front.

Expensive – Maroni Cuisine

The mother of all tasting menus, the price of entry doesn’t come cheap, but neither does the rarified air of Michael Maroni and his culinary creations. If you’re not looking for the personalized tasting menu and the small plates that it serves up, you could always go the route of the personal hot pot with their famous meatballs. Or you could go with the linguini and clams or the mussels pots as well.
