Long Island Food News: Del Fuego Opens New Outpost In Patchogue
They’ve conquered the North Shore and now they have their sights set on taking over the South Shore. Del Fuego, with successful locations in St. James on the North Shore and Babylon on the South Shore, has expanded their horizons to Patchogue at their new location on busy W. Main Street.
On Long Island, some of the best Tex-Mex cuisine comes out of the Del Fuego kitchens, and we expect nothing less from this new location. We’ve experienced their fajitas and margaritas first-hand and from experience, this is as close to a sure-thing as possible. The bar offers 15 craft-beers on rotation and 65 tequilas to satisfy all revelers; from the novice to the aficionado.
Beyond the cuisine, the atmosphere is bright and inviting as well. With vibrant colors and walls that are adorned by collages created by local artist Niko DeMaria, there is a decidedly southwest vibe.
If you’re heading there soon, look for us at the bar enjoying a flavorful margarita, some guac and chips. We’ll be taking a temporary mental vacation and we’re inviting you to join us.
