The Greene Turtle, a Maryland based sports bar and restaurant that opened in Franklin Square not too long ago is taking over the space that was formerly occupied by the long-standing Hooters in East Meadow. This new location will fit in perfectly with both the residential community and the nearby Hofstra University students (especially those that are of age to enjoy their Mug Club).
Besides Zim Zari being a pretty cool place to hit up in Massapequa Park, on Long Island’s South Shore, they have a built in incentive to visit on Sunday; kids eat for free with a purchase of an adult meal.

When Bottomz Up Bar & Grill abruptly closed their location in Carle Place (they have another location that is still open in Manhattan), we didn’t know what would happen with that large space. Now we know as the Manning’s Pub & Grill sign is up on the exterior facade and the Now Hiring sign adorns the windows.
