Town Bagel of Plainview was our go-to lunch spot while we were growing up in Plainview back in the early 1990′s. Since that time its always had the same decor and design, a point that we always noticed on our recent trips there. That’s changing now with the just unveiled re-design of our favorite bagel spot.

Sporting an all-glass storefront and a sunny, bright interior (and expanded?), Town Bagel has finally caught up to the times and is back from its trip to the 1985. The nostalgia of going in there for our favorite, the baked chicken cutlet, won’t be the same, but at least we’ll always have our memories and some fresh new lighting to check out all of their wonderful goodies.
